Our program allows you to choose a service plan which meets your requirements. The most popular plan for generator owners is one that includes visitations every six months with an annual replacement of the oil & oil filter for homeowners and businesses.
Businesses that are critical in nature, such as hospitals, nursing homes, fire stations, police stations, on-line banking facilities, and companies that generate revenues through computers tend to protect their equipment through quarterly visits. We customize to your requirements.

Planned Maintenance Programs protect your units by proper scheduled maintenance, inspections, and records. The PM plan supplements your warranty, by keeping detailed records of each unit's visits and conditions.

Program customers incur the least amount of time monitoring the unit's visitation and conditions. Illini monitors the needed repairs of the unit and notifies you when Planned Maintenance visits or scheduled repairs are due.
